In order to get cashback from iHerb please follow the rules below:

Login to your account on Hello Cashback^TM

1. Choose iHerb in our catalog.
2. Click "Go to the site" button and proceed with your order on iHerb site.
3. Your order will be visible in "My cashbacks" section within 5 working days from the purchase date.
4. Cashback will be accrued to your personal account on Hello Cashback within 60 days from the purchase date.

For some purchases cashback will not be accrued. Please check exceptions below before making a purchase:

In case if payment has been done using loyalty bonuses, cashback is credited only for the monetary value of the purchase.

Cashback will not be credited:

• if the order is fully paid with loyalty bonuses;
• in case if the referral code has been used when ordering;
• for orders placed with mobile apps (cashback for the orders placed on the mobile version of the site will be credited).
